That's why we've created a clear, proven process that keeps you informed and confident from the initial consultation through final completion. Initial Contact
You reach out by phone or email to share your project ideas, inspiration, timeline, and expectations. We discuss your vision in detail and gather basic information to ensure PHRS Remodeling is the right fit. We quickly schedule your in-home consultation at a time convenient for you.
2.
In-Home Consultation & Assessment
During our in-home consultation, we perform a thorough evaluation of your space – including plumbing, electrical, structural elements, HVAC, and more. With permission we record the meeting for accuracy so we can develop a precise budget and scope. This focused consultation typically lasts 45 minutes to 2 hours.
3.
Detailed Proposal & Design
Within 48 hours of your consultation, you'll receive a detailed proposal with clear scope of work and allowances for selections. Once you approve the proposal, we begin the design phase, including 3D renderings or drawings and collaborative selection of materials, fixtures, cabinets, and finishes. Our trusted trade partners join at this stage to lock in final pricing.
4.
Pre-Construction Planning
We handle all the necessary permits and finalize the construction schedule. We coordinate with the HOA to secure approval for the placement of a portable toilet and debris trailer, ensuring your home stays organized and fully protected throughout the project. Everything is prepared so your remodel can begin smoothly and on time.
5.
Construction Phase
Our licensed crew and vetted trade partners complete the work with professionalism and respect for your home. You'll receive a daily morning text from the owner or project manager (Monday-Friday) detailing who will be on site and what's planned. A lockbox is provided for your convience.
6.
Final Walkthrough & Cleanup
We conduct a detailed final walkthrough with you to review all work and complete any punch-list items. A professional maid service performs a thorough cleaning of the enitre work area.
7.
Warranty & Ongoing Support
Your project includes a full 1-year workmanship warranty. If any issues arise, simply call us. We'll schedule an in-home visit to evaluate and complete any covered warranty work promptly. We remain available for support long after completion.
Investment & Commitment
We tailor every proposal to your specific project and needs. Our process is designed to provide serious homeowners with the focused attention and accurate planning they deserve. All project pricing is custom, transparent, and based on your specific scope and material selections. We are happy to discuss details during your consultation.
Change Orders
Any additions or modifications requested by the homeowner that fall outside the original approved scope are handled as change orders. These are documented in writing with clear pricing and require your approval before work begins.

Unforeseen conditions (such as hidden plumbing, electrical, or structural issues discovered once walls are opened) are addressed promptly and transparently, with full documentation provided.
