Our Proven Remodeling Process

From Your First Call to Your Dream Home — Clear, Transparent, and Stress-Free

At PHRS Remodeling, we understand that a home renovation can feel overwhelming. That's why we've created a clear, proven process that keeps you informed and confident from the initial consultation through final completion. With clear communication, detailed planning, and quality craftsmanship, we handle the details so you can focus on enjoying the transformation of your home.

 1.

Initial Contact

You reach out by phone or email to share your project ideas, inspiration, timeline, and expectations. We'll discuss your vision, gather some basic information about your project, and answer any initial questions you may have. From there, we'll schedule a convenient time for your free in-home consultation.

2.

In-Home Consultation & Assessment

During your in-home consultation, we'll take a closer look at your space, discuss your goals and preferences, take measurements, and review existing conditions relevant to your project. With your permission, we may record portions of the consultation to help us accurately capture project details and develop a thorough scope and estimate. Depending on the size and complexity of your project, consultations typically last about 45 minutes to 2 hours.

3.

Detailed Proposal & Design

Typically, within 48 - 72 hours of your consultation, you'll receive a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work and allowances for selections. For more complex projects requiring additional trade or material pricing, we'll keep you updated if additional time is needed. Once you approve the proposal, we begin the design phase, including 3D renderings or drawings and collaborative selection of materials, fixtures, cabinetry, and finishes. Our trusted trade partners join at this stage as needed to help finalize project details and pricing.

4.

Pre-Construction Planning

We handle necessary permits and finalize the construction schedule before work begins. When applicable, we'll communicate with you about HOA requirements or other property-specific considerations that may affect the project. We also coordinate job-site logistics, material deliveries, and site preparation so everything is ready for construction to begin smoothly and efficiently.

5.

Construction Phase

Our experienced team and trusted trade partners complete your project with professionalism, quality craftsmanship, and respect for your home. Throughout construction, we keep you informed about the work being completed, who will be on site, and what to expect as your project progresses. We coordinate scheduling, site access, and day-to-day project details to help keep your remodel organized and moving forward.

6.

Final Walkthrough & Cleanup

We conduct a detailed final walkthrough with you to review all work and address any remaining punch-list items. Once the project is complete, the work area receives a thorough post-construction cleaning so your newly remodeled space is clean, finished, and ready for you to enjoy.

7.

Warranty & Ongoing Support

Your project is backed by our 2-year workmanship warranty. If a concern arises after your project is complete, simply contact us. We'll review the issue and, when covered under our workmanship warranty, coordinate any necessary repairs. Our commitment to our clients doesn't end when construction is finished — we're here to provide continued support and stand behind the quality of our work.

Investment & Commitment

We tailor every proposal to your specific project, goals, and needs. Our process is designed to provide each homeowner with the focused attention and detailed planning their project deserves. Pricing is customized based on the scope of work, material selections, and individual project requirements, with clear information provided so you can make confident decisions about your home. We're always happy to discuss your options and answer questions throughout the process.

Change Orders

Any additions or modifications requested by the homeowner that fall outside the original approved scope are handled through a written change order. Any changes to pricing or the project schedule are clearly communicated and require your approval before the additional work begins.

If unforeseen conditions are discovered during construction — such as hidden plumbing, electrical, structural, or other issues — we'll discuss the findings with you, explain the recommended next steps, and provide any necessary changes to the scope, pricing, or schedule for approval before proceeding.
